RETURNS
We will not accept returns on products that require activation or are in contract. No returns or credits on labor or special orders.
Receipt required for returns, exchanges, credits and warranty work.
10% restocking fee on all returns.
After 7 days items returned for credit only, no refunds.
PAST DUE BALANCES
Subject to a monthly finance fee of 18% of total owed. Title of goods remains with RMS Plus until full payment has been received.
WARRANTY
30 days for Networking and Installations. After 30 days, product warranty is direct to manufacturer. All service calls/on site inspections will be billed at regular rates unless otherwise discussed with RMS Plus.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS:
Any credit card transactions are subject to a convenience fee of 3% of total charges. The transaction may be terminated without penalty.
